We strongly suggest that you register or book a hotel early. 

We will contact you before the event to finalize any lodging plans.

There is no cost for this event and meals will be provided to artists who register prior to the event.

For artists that wish to pay for their own lodging instead of staying with a local family.  We suggest one of the local hotels.
